Good Rampart Clone

Post by SinbadEV »

So, I really like rampart... it's one of those games that's fun to go back to... it's basically the grand-daddy of all tower defense games crossed with tetris...

found a decent clone on Kongregate.

Was I the only one who thought of this when I saw the topic?

Azure Rampart is one of the worst maps, if only because air units are (or were) broken, as they had to climb up the hills and could still get hit. (no offence to zwzsg (iirc)) Fuck you BeefOfAges for forcing us to play this shit so often, 5 player ffa is terrible

Sunken Outpost is a better version of a similar concept

Primarily because the original was designed to be played with a single joystick and 1 button, while the flash version has keyboard shortcuts and mouse aiming.
