I always wondered if this is just an ATI bug or a general problem in Spring:
I have "problems" with the way teamcolors get rendered on s3o objects. They always seem to have random artifacts like this:
It can't really be the map itself as it should render just fine:
Maybe this also is related to the problem of not getting smooth teamcolor seams. I understand that this is related to the 5bit or whatever compression it was DXT5 uses for the alpha but it might as well be about some kind of bug as things seem smooth in Upspring. So does any else have the very same effect?
