UI plus - wip replacement for default ui

This is a small widget I have planned for a while now, finally got around to drawing it.
Works very nice with Resource bars plus.

Tooltip is wiiiiide, think infinite width when designing tooltip. That thing is too thin.

It currently auto-splits too long lines, but I might just make it change automatically in width to accomodate tooltip.

First off- looks great overall. I like the visual style, it's nice and clean.

In regards to length, etc.:

If it changes length all the time... that would be pretty irritating, imo. If you have other Widgets / build buttons where it is, then you either can't read it, or it's overwriting other stuff, since it doesn't know where anything else is. It's better to just use a fixed width, and give it enough height to deal with longer tooltips, imo.

Only just noticed this and as awesome as it is, the FPS/Clock overlays my player info box... Would it be possible to make the FPS/Clock a standalone widget so users can place them as they wish?
