Problem at "Finalizing" when starting the game

Hello,
I have a problem. When I launch Spring test or multiplayer game it begins to loading but it stops on Finalizing and i have the system message : program doesn't respond. I don't know what is happening. Everything in my system looks fine and i have no other problems with anything.

Vista Sp 2 x64, radeon 4850 1gb, q9550 8 gb

disable shorewaves or bumpwater altogether. btw the driver should unfreeze the system after several seconds (at least it does unfreeze for me).

I tried to launch game in low options. And i have disabled this options. Nothing happens. My driver doesn't unfreeze system.
