Fixed ingame alliances?

Post by Blue_Falcon »

I saw the mod option today, can the allies usually be changed in game?

Fixed ingame alliances set to No => alliances an ally up (some mods call this ceasefire), mostly useful for ffa

/ally 0
You won't shoot at allyteam 0. Better make sure they respond in kind.

in more detail: /ally <allynumber> 0|1

so /ally 1 1 allies you to team 1 (your units won't shoot at theirs), while /ally 1 0 un-allies you from team 1 (your units WILL shoot at theirs). and so on.

For the constructive members in the audience here, CA's ceasefire panel is in XTA, i suggest you use the older pre-chilli one, in the SVN records, since it doesnt rely on chilli (and in a few ways its a bit better, like not being huge). Revision 5043 or so?

Talk to Carrepairer if you want to do this.

tbh i tend to kill my allies more frequently than my enemies in ba a ceasefire panel doesnt do much for me.
