Major bug: units in trans are still targetable

Units in transports are randomly targetable. The default should be that they cannot be targeted, now its just randomly flaky.
Try with ba, t1 trans and any sized unit.

Also, a widget that allows you to right click on enemy units to load them like your own or your allies would be nice. This should be built into the engine if I'm honest.

Better solution, allow Units to switch their Categories on the fly, so that we can actually have them behave rationally in that situation and many others.
