You know, you could just ask or read descriptions. I mean, it is kind of in the names if you think about it.Deutscha wrote:Hello,

Ah ok, I just thought by the name that it acted as a radar jammer.Zahav wrote:The Juno does have a lot of strategic value. It allows you to kill any enemy radar, radar jammer, and any mines within a fairly large radius. This means that it can rip huge holes in minefields and reveal areas that are hidden by radar jammers. It costs around 600 metal(the missiles cost a little too) and could potentially make or break an offensive if you use it well. Only shallow players write off the Juno as absolutely useless.
Oh, and it doesn't jam radar like the previous post implies, it kills radar jammers(along with any mines and radar towers in the blast radius) with it's missiles.
And if they do, you just spam scouts.neddiedrow wrote:It is pretty useless because noobs don't build mines or radar jammers.

Good for you. I can think of none.JohannesH wrote:Theres a lot of cases where juno is much better at clearing mines than scout spam.

I'm talking about mine clearance. Mine costs don't even come into this... Spamming 5-10 scouts to clear a few mines is better than making a Juno.Saktoth wrote:light mine, 5m, 250eJAZCASH wrote:Scouts.

You, sir, have failed at math. Mines always make cost. The juno change was badly needed. Its just that noobs these days dont make mines in the kind of numbers needed (perhaps because the juno counters so easily).
The e drain isnt high either, using solar to power them, it adds 10 metal cost to the heavy mine (but remember the e doesnt die when the mine does) and 3.6 metal cost to the light mine.
