Good point. In CA (gunships with high tolerance weapons) gunships hover at the 'wrong' height but they still shoot towards the unit, sometimes terrain is in the way so they don't fire.

To fix gunships vs air make gunship hover height relative to height of ground below target.

gunships should turn upside down and then they can shoot upwards because the gun is on the top and besides, it would be cool if gunships did flips and stuff
