where can i find a comprehensive AA guide?

Uhm... AA, in it's current form, has only existed for a few weeks... no exaustive strategy guide COULD theoretically exist at this point... try Cadyr's homepage, linked to from the wiki...

old strategy guide, just giving basic counters and strategies and stuff would be a start but some genius would have to think about it and adapt it to spring and factor in the recent balance changes. im a noob so im not even going to try, i doubt Cadyr will bother as he has what, 3 mods! going on! all good! O,o hes a busy guy atm! so surely someone must know something bout AA, post it in the wiki and say so here please!

If anyone has any intention of writing a guide, I'd advise you to wait for a couple versions. The inclusion of a number of new units in the next version may make your strategic advice/whatever no longer applicable.
