Uni spring block

Seems I am unable to connect to a spring lobby through my uni con.
In general the download speeds are fine.
I am guessing The uni is blocking conn.
How can i circumvent this?if at all.

what else should receive the ssh connection?
unless the spring official server has an ssh server running itself of course..
