regardless of the right or wrong of the actions of someone haxxing your forum and giving away the information, it really has no bearing on the spring site itself; moderators here have no power on your site, and you have no moderator powers here... the apples to pears analogy; i think the mods here would be overstepping their bounds by banning someone for something they did which was technically outside of the bounds of the community.
its like if you lived next to your teacher, and tried to get your teacher to give the mailman detention for walking on your lawn and looking in the window to see you building your christmas nativity scene (and then destroying said nativity scene, and none of the orphan children get christmas that year at all as a consequence)
tbh, im not really sure what your project was all about... something like steam, but for open source RTS games?
either way, like anything in life, if you get pushed down, you have two options... to sit in the dirt and cry like a baby, or to pull yourself up like a man and punch whoever it was in the stomach.
like i said, i don't really know what you were offering us, but you seem pretty hyped on the idea; i can see why you'd be pissed off, but quite frankly i can't understand the motivation of wanting to quit (or at least sever ties with spring entirely)
and if you had something to offer me specifically as a spring user, then now i'm a bit pissed off that you're not going to do it anymore

dont be a dick! im a nice guy, keep working on this project that will hook me up! take a page from the book of TASclient and hardcode it to crash whenever peet tries it
