New server has serious problems with telecom italia

Seems that anyone with telecom italia has huge packet loss on lobby and on the traceroute to the server several routers known to give problems of that kind shows up.
*.as6453.net are known to give problems at least when using Telecom Italia, they have very frequently high packet loss or they are completely broken / down
The problem seems to be on Vlan81.icore1.AD1-Amsterdam.as6453.net, if it doesn't get fixed, lobby will be very hard to use in italy, and even more downloading new version from the site i guess
