If you refer to Boost libraries for VS2008 (VC90) you can get them at: http://www.boostpro.com/download
Other VC libraries are: http://cloud.github.com/downloads/sprin ... ibs-v4.zip
Make sure you replace the VC80 boost libraries with the VC90 ones.
