Mass-texturing

Post by Caydr »

For some of my experimentation, I'm dealing with extremely high-polygon units. I plan on implementing proper textures for them, but in the meantime I want to make sure that Spring is rendering them correctly by applying one texture to every face. Does anyone know of such a "mass-texturing" option in any program? Preferably 3do builder?

I know there has to be a way, since I've seen a lot of crappy 3rd party unit wreckage models which have like 300 faces with the same texture.

3do builder has a "texture all faces between THIS and THAT face number with X texture" option. Look for it :P
