I converted the mapconv svn history to git and uploaded to github

since many people have troubles with the user's mapconv, i decided to fix mother's (user's is still available in a branch); now it compiles again and fixed the pinstriping problem in the source thanks to beherith's find

What IL do i need to compile this on windows?

I personally use 1.7.5, but i think that any version that will work for spring should work for mapconv as well
