MultiThread should be a Startup Parameter

Spring should determine whether hardware can support multithreaded operations at start, and operate in a multithreaded context if possible.

I think that zerver's MT changes are now mature enough to make this practical. The benefits to end-users with modern hardware are obvious. What does everybody think?

It is instable, don't support all mods and causes slowdowns for some people (even with multicore CPUs).

OK, too soon then? I'll retract this request for now, then, until we're all happier with it.

Maybe pack both with Spring installs and a SpringSettings tick, so that more people will test it and report errors?
