while waiting for the game to start i started Urban Terror game (like cs on q3 engine), spring game started so i quitted urt and when i tabbed back to spring i saw this :

looks like a problem with the shaders :/

This is not a bug, this is in fact a widget. You must have accidentally enabled it. Press F11 and select / deselect widgets till you find the culprit.
