This little bug has been annoying me for some time, although I'm not certain if it is a Lua issue or an engine issue.
Anyway, the area of effect circles for underwater mexes are drawn on the surface of the water and are not corrected for the players point of view. This leads to difficulty placing underwater mexes correctly unless using overhead view.

its something we just get used to but it would make much more sense to draw the circle on the seabed
