Chili is invasive

I dont like Chili GUI, its unfinished.
I want lolui back, at least it worked for me. I guess I should dry redui.

You can enable lol ui or red ui localy.
chili is indeed unfinished and chili gui is not enabled by default.

Just main framework widget is, because many things depend on its facilities.

Framework widget itself does nothing - nothing you can see on screen.
