i used to work in a grocery store, they sold 1 litre jugs of orange juice for $8.99.

i of course was in charge of the juice machine, so i drank a few jugs each time. mixing in a few blood oranges made for a delicious sour sweetness

No Pulp?! That's not real orange juice, I'm sorry to tell you. That said, I do enjoy myself some no pulp orange juice occasionally, but most of the time I get fresh squeezed homemade REAL oj (with pulp).

I actually should say "more than" no pulp, as "most of the time" I prefer milk

Most "100% natural mega orange juice real hardcore aiiiight tiiiight" products have pulp that is not from the orange itself, rather added on later to make it look authentic. I don't remember offhand if its pieces of lumber or something.

It doesn't stand a chance against good apple juice imo. There's a shop usually selling wine etc. over here that offers some high-quality apple juice coming in unique 5 liters tetrapacks with a faucet cock during a certain season. It's epic...

Probably only beaten by some strange drink I once had where orange and apple juice were mixed together with some nuts or something...

Apple juice is good sometimes too, but it's so sweet that I get sick of it really fast. Good orange juice is sweet but acidy so it balances out, and aside from your stomach capacity, you can just keep on drinking it.

When I've got a good stockpile of rum + vodka I can go through a 4L jug of orange juice in like 12 hours. A situation like that happened to have come up when I decided this thread was worth posting.
