this particular case should be fixed now. if you find more (that make sense - ie. filenames don't), report them.

You say that now, but what if someone comes along on HFS+ that likes to put nulls all over their filenames? What then?

i know you can put nulls in your filenames, it's just beyond sane to do so, hence i won't be bothered fixing it. i'm a big believer in common sense.
