Discuss game development here, from a distinct game project to an accessible third-party mutator, down to the interaction and design of individual units if you like.

Wanted: "You have no units left. Click here to resign"

One of my personal peeves is having a player forced to quit when he loses all his units when his team is still alive. If his teammates are willing to give him some units to play with he has every reason to stick around and contribute later.

This should be solvable with some simple lua. Has anyone done this already? I'd really like to be able to point TheFatController at a simple gadget and ask him to include it in BA.

sounds like a good idea to me

seems silly that if you have 1 useless unit left under your control your team can give you units and you can be back in the game being useful, but if you have none then you're out for good.

Make a backup unit and gui button. Quite easy.
It'd take me a hew hours, but someone like CarRepairer could write it in minutes. CarRepairer? What do you think of implementing a new CA feature?

This has me thinking: is there a way to end the game through LuaRules without reference to units?
