opengl extension(s) not found
and apparently im ok
its a dell inspiron 1545, so it uses the integrated intel 4500mhd card
for now, is there some other setting i can change to play again?

The most likely thing that happend is..
this tool is not working right, or it just shows all existing extensions, instead of the ones your current installation supports.
Try to use other graphic drivers (older/newer), if thta does not work, best bet is to switch OS, or use an othre graphics card.

You can try GPU Caps Viewer but I don't which, if either, is more accurate.
