Good maps

What map/s do you think are excellent(heightmap/metal distribution/texture) and should be played a lot but don't get the attention they deserve?

pretty much every map by SirArtturi. this list is not exhaustive in any way btw, there's about a million maps that are worth playing and are ignored.

Altored arctic is a SERIOUSLY underplayed 1v1 map.

I would say people need to play Blue Comet, but then BA sea is a bit shite so I wont hold my breath on that one...

Painted desert needs more play (especially 1v1), if enough people play it then it may even get remade with a more visible mex map/switch to f4 on mex placement ^^

Frostbite is another excellent mixed terrain/amphib map that people do not play anywhere near enough.

Nuclear Winter should replace DSD. It allows the same core dynamic (hill porc vs plains push) with the same lol ramp up a bit of a choke into your t2-rush porc-eco, only it does it so much better, with the contested metal, and south central hill providing interesting dynamic player interactions (as opposed to drawing a front line and making more eco)

Bitches need to play more Greenhaven.

There are not enough 3ffas on red triangle, FAR too many on desert triad/sherwood.

SWIW beta testers will know about xelric.... moar swiw maps pls behe!

edit: I forgot conquest of paradise! Does anybody play that in a mod other than S44? I don't recall playing anything else there.

It's very good for an easy chicken tag game.
