I'm sure the Germans had paratroopers. Don't know how often they were used though.

Maybe one of the V- weapon series? Though I don't think they were used on military targets...

All sides represented in S44 had paratroopers during the war (and all 4 sides also employed gliders, which we are giving only to the brits); though not always used heavily.

It's mainly a question of side differentiation though.

i read on wiki yesterday german paratroopers had FG42, a modified MF42 which could also used as sniper rifle with single shoots and in a mg-burst-mode, why not tropping 2 guys of them

FG-42 was a special paratrooper-only weapon that could do as all of the following: rifle, SMG, light machinegun. It was kind of what's called an assault rifle now. However, only a few thousands were produced during the war.
Germany probably won't get paratroops anyway, but maybe a V1 strike would be included (definitely not V2, that was only used on city-size targets and still often managed to miss). V1 can be intercepted or shot down by AA like any other aircraft, and it was sometimes used against tactical targets afaik.

since the german uberweapon slot are missing (the us: para, etc...) I suggest that you should add some thing awesome, like the zeppelin? what about a carpet bombing zeppelin that lurks from the sky and can only be shot down by waves of fighters?

OK then, make some kind of carpet bombers then (boy, i'm really obsessed with these types) or the V1/V2.
BTW, paratroopers exsisted in Germany. (source: wiki)

"One of the unique characteristics of the Luftwaffe (as opposed to other independent air forces) was the possession of an organic paratrooper force called Fallschirmj├ñger. These were established in 1938. They saw action in their proper role during 1940ÔÇô1941, most notably in the capture of the Belgian army fortress at Eben-Emael and the Battle of the Netherlands in May 1940, and during the invasion of Crete in May 1941. However, more than 4,000 Fallschirmj├ñger were killed during the Crete operation. Afterwards, these forces were only used for smaller-scale operations, such as the successful rescue of Benito Mussolini, the then-deposed dictator of Italy, in 1943. Fallschirmj├ñger formations were used as standard foot infantry in all theatres of the war. During 1942 surplus Luftwaffe personnel was used to form the Luftwaffe Field Divisions. From 1943, the Luftwaffe also had an armoured paratroop division called Fallschirm-Panzer Division 1 Hermann G├Âring, which was expanded to a Panzerkorps in 1944."

they are aware of the the fact that the germans had guys that jumped out of planes also.

that was early in the war apparently and thus it is not considered something that would have really been seen in '44.
