How about Gender Mainstreaming- for the next level of insanity? But Jennington said it right before, the west got it best here, and as long as there is some fairness in the treatment, and it is not about getting something/somewhere by the usual SpecialInterestGroupTerror, where you couldn┬┤t get because of lack of ability.
We over here in Germany have already a sort of counter movement to feminism- it sounds ridicolous and it is, while i can understand some divorced fathers fighting for the right to have contact with there children, i don┬┤t want some malemoron lawsuiting companys, just because the chairwoman in charge said "You are a stupid, useless, moron, the gender has nothing to do with it, sorry sir."

man, if that girl was my friend, that guy would have been picking up broken pieces of his teeth off the ground. in fact, he probably would be doing it for whatever reason she was angry with him in the first place. it's hard to say, i dont know what happened pre-video in terms of what was said or done, i just find the reaction of the girls friends to be completely confusing and alien. what a bunch of sackless wonders!
although conversely, i think that any of my female friends, faced with the same situation, would probably just have either walked away without saying anything (assuming there wasnt really a reason for the drink toss) or would have punched him in the chops immediately (if there WAS a good reason.)
certainly i'm all for equal rights, i've been in fights with girls before; that sweep kick was just a cheap shot no matter the gender of the person on the receiving end.

Well I agree frankly, but that doesn't mean women don't have strengths where men don't. Biologically we are cut out for different purposes. Men are laborers and are built as such. While it is possible for a woman to do hard labor, women aren't built for it and are bound to run into a lot more trouble than a man in that circumstance.
For example, a woman CAN plow a field, but not near as well as a man could (going pre 1900's here). Just because you CAN do something doesn't make it an awesome idea.

Nature vs. Nurture is heavily involved in this also. Just watched the video for the first time.
TBH, the guy was an idiot, a skinny whiny thing like that - and an american no less - he's lucky he didn't get sued.
This left me wondering, geez, what would I have done in that situation. I probably would've just taken it and walked away, because, again, I am horrified of crazy american lawyers.
Then I read the post that said, he should have spit on her, and I'm writing that down for future reference. Spit is way worse than beer, that would've been awesome.
