Wonderful work there!
Just one small nag: if the estore glows, could you add some residual glow to the texture around the yellow windows?

Doesn't it close?

To me, the best part of any plant is watching it transform to when its in the build mode.

It's the "small things," man. A dynamic world is a whole hell of a lot more interesting than one with no movement.

Doesn't matter if it builds gourmet grilled cheesesteak sandwiches, if it doesn't move, it doesn't groove.

When it really comes down to it, might as well just be a square box as far as function is concerned.
You just gotta have that eyecandy, especially on a static fixed unit like a factory.

That is better than every factory seen in spring even without the momevent

Impressive!

May need some colours to not have teamcolour to fuck it up tho.

Goodjob!

Nice - good to see you're moving a bit away from "the dark side of texturing"...

lordlemmi, i really like what you're doing and i'm really keen to see more steampunk stuff from you, but i don't really like your texturing style, the textures themselves are great, but they don't fit what you're doing. the scale is way off. you seem used to making FPS map textures, they're much too busy for an RTS, too much detail is distracting from the shape of the model IMO

Hehe thx, but the problem is i dislike Gimp and need photoshop Cs4 to do pretty textures bymyself i think i will get it soon so i can start to use my own textures and not reedited ones, and yes these are FPS textures from a free texture pack, i just changed them a bit and created some new ones :)

It┬┤s hard to make some pretty nice textures with photofiltre+paint.net :O

Yeah. I haven't liked a single texture from the "this is going to be recognizable from a distance" point of view. Too monotone, too busy, not enough contrast and emphasis. They look great, other than that, but this IS an RTS engine and you ARE making an RTS game.
