I have mods but it says that i don't! please help!

I havn't played a game of psring yet .
Whenver i try to it says "PreGame can't find any mods"

i have 1 mod (balanced annihilation saved in the mod folder. i also have 1 map saved in the map folder.

how do i fix this?

OS? Version? Are you using UAC? Is Spring installed into Program Files? Did you set up a Spring folder with SpringLobby?

um with spring lobby yeah i think. but i want to play single player. idk what OSD is and UAC is. i have windows vista. yeah program files is where spring is. im a noob (just downloaded today) if u need more infoo tell me ill try to explain it best as i can.

Okay, to confirm - the maps are in C:\Program Files\Spring\Maps, and mods are in C:\Program Files\Spring\Mods. Can you launch the "test spring" executable?

Also, try running SpringLobby or Test Spring as administrator (instead of double-clicking the shortcut, right-click on the app and say "run as adminsitrator")
