QUERY: newbie questions

I'm pretty sure Spring was coming with XTA and some basic maps as recently as 6 months ago for the record.

It might be a good idea to have some kind of message on loading the lobby for the first time indicating the method that lobby uses to procure mods and maps and perhaps a list of mods and maps currently being played on the server at that time so the player could get started.

In all honesty the recent shift from Spring Engine game makers to package installers with engine, maps and needed files is probably the best way to go. It would be nice if there was a really easy way to direct people to those installers when they came to the site.

If its not on the download page it mustnt be downloadable

Now that's an idea! Let's put KP, S44, Evo, Pure, etc.. installers in download link page. Uh... is it wiki? Oh, it is indeed. So all I need, is Tobi consent.
