What issues?
If you mean the spurts of flame and smoke do not seem to be aligned with the tip of the barrel, it is because the barrel is in full blowback from the shot (and so appears much shorter than it actually is)

I've made another map. Well, half-made. I originally planned on changing the metal layout of 1944_BocageSmall but after I'd opened it up in SME I figured I'd redo all of it (except the heightmap, but its heavily modified)

Did they really have those "speckles"? They don't really look good on it imo. The rest is nice though...
