Transports cant be queued an unload order

Unload orders cant be added to empty transports:
I cant queue up a load-unload order, because the unload order cant be given until a unit is picked up.

are you sure? it's always worked fine for me.

although i use the shortcut keys. L and U.

Yes, im sure, this is a bug in the latest release. Did you try it in latest release?
