[TASClient] Spec closed games
Usually the host closes a game to prevent more players coming in. The problem is that it prevents more spectators coming in too.
Maybe there should be three settings: closed for new specs, closed for new players, and closed for both?

No one is working on tasclient, or can even compile it. Go ask springlobby.

Oh? How come it has so many new functions? Or has the work on it been stopped recently?

Re: [TASClient] Spec closed games
I'm not keen on spectators, too many people "ghosting" or spectators that don't use S: channel for talking.
Re: [TASClient] Spec closed games
If I lock the game that means I really really don't want anyone joining in.
Also I have to agree with the previous poster, that specs can be quite a burden.

There should be an option to automatically set this, maybe it would help stop people being DICKSForboding Angel wrote:/nospectatorchat
Re: [TASClient] Spec closed games
This is only a problem with autohosts. Easy for human hosts to let in whoever they want.
Re: [TASClient] Spec closed games
If you use !manage in springie it auto specs extra players instead of locking it down.
Re: [TASClient] Spec closed games
This idea is dumb.

The fact that your post has been the last post for almost 3 days now is a sign of how much people care about this subforum.Spawn_Retard wrote:

Or people realize that feature requests for tasclient are pointless.

On that note...
