blue effects insdeat of red
I am seeing effects that should have been red as blue in XTA,BA and SA.
I have an ATI 4850 card.
Anyone experiencing something similar?

Dgun is also blue, but dgun actually looks much better.

Have either of you alt-tabbed at all or is it blue just playing normally?

Your right...happens after alt tab.
And if i alt tab again it goes back to red..Oo..

Just tried again, mine shows blue if I start and play without alt+tabbing.
As soon as I alt+tab it fixes it until the next game. Alt+tabbing once it's fixed does not change it.

It behaves exactly the same on my PC.
I didn't even notice it until this topic, all I used was dgun and it actually looks cooler in blue.

When I alt-tab out and in it goes back to normal. When I re-double-alt-tab it re-invert red and blue in some effects. Etc...

I did a 2nd try to fix it.
Now I need response if it works, to do so you just need to join #buildserv in the lobby and test the latest development build of spring.

I just joined #buildserv, clicked the link to spring_0.78.2.1-1005-gf97b467.exe, installed it, ignored settings complaint, tried to run it, added a mod, tried to run it, added maps, ran it, saw that font was changed, saw that something made my menu widget measure a wrong horizontal text size, saw my relauncher widget fails because the security hole was patched, then build a pointer, told it to shoot, and the trail was blue. Alt-tabbed out and in, trail still blue. Alt-tabbed out and in again, trail went orange (like it should be).
So, I'd say the issue with FX color having orange and blue inverted has not been fixed yet.
Tried to exit, saw that shift-esc doesn't work anymore. Guessed I have to do a simple esc then click the menu. Then I fed my widget-written startscript to Spring.exe, and like I was afraid of, got an error message: could not find 'gamedata/parse_tdf.lua' code.
You did however broke the FX in a new way: The pointer "NX flag", which does damage over time, is supposed to draw some sort of large flashing yellow disk on the ground, and in new spring, this new FX is barely visible.
And somehow the new font carried over to my current Spring.
Where do I post the list of all that the testbuild of Spring is breaking btw?

For me when Alt-Tabbing with the new version things seem to stay the way they should now. Some CEGs don't show up anymore though (but maybe that's a known issue)...
