Post by emmanuel »

heu...
i dont mastering linux but i try "linux console live cd"
is a boot cd with just a menu for launch free games
like "glest" and "quake3"mods
some "creating your livecd perso" are dispo
exist too geekbox and gamedvd ...

a live cd will be good
a live dvd will be better:4gb of maps mods !!!

because "linux"is free and "spring" is free too
the" linux livecd "is a FREE bootsystem/os from all medias like: cdrom dvdrom usbkey hardrive (pcmcia sdcard rom :MAYBEE !)noinstall request on hd,
we will can use a pc without harddrive or storage and boot linux/spring on USBKEY for use it like a playstation/nitendo/xbox
{and it possible to use the xbox compatibility pc but maybe its not legal !?!}

Yes, but why would you want to do that? You'd have to boot solely for spring when there is no real reason to do so. Also, having current drivers for your any and all video hardware compiled into the driver would be a pain.
