[REQ]Lua downloader for linux
If this belongs in the Linux section, I would appreciate if a moderator would move it. Currently, I am using a shell script with wget to download lua from the new lua updater thing thats in CA updater. It sucks and it doesnt automagically tell me what needs updating, and basically, i want to know if someone else made a better script/program or if someone else is willing to do it, because i am getting very frustrated with bash, in all its magnificent power and holiness.
Long story short, read the topic. Thanks.

If there is no useful data in an image which will benefit from keeping it lossless, do not use .png - please.
Anyway, no idea. Don't bump it manually, people will get back to you if they see a problem.

Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
um... sorry do you want me to convert it? I wanted to make it possible for you to read the text properly, since there is a lot of information in that picture.
Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
Even a low quality .jpg would permit that, though I argue that you're just showing us a screencap of, basically, nothing to support the statement that the downloader somehow doesn't work.

Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
thanks for your faith and trust. Downloader button does NOT show up, as you can see in the screen cap. The repository DOES NOT update to the most recent version, as you can see in the screen cap. In addition, some information which may help solve this problem I am having is displayed on my desktop with conky and is visible in the screen cap. If the downloader button is in my screen cap, I would appreciate if someone would circle it in red and send the picture back to me. Thanks.
Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
No need for a screencap. No need for a request at this point. Just submit a bug, and tell them so. If you needed a screencap, as I've said, .jpg would suffice. The lack of buttons would be obvious at a quality one .jpg saved in GIMP.
Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
can i have a bmp version please? I want to set it as my wallpaper.
Re: [REQ]Lua downloader for linux
Well, if we're going that route, can I have a .psd?
