used L3DT to create the ground... and i used PAINT SHOP PRO 9 to create all the other stuff in there :wink:

Did you increase the starting ressources?
0.5 was just to little... just as a reminder: the comander gives 2, and even a construction airplane 0.2, so its actually like having no metal at the startposition at all.

yeah otherwise the starting point would be too powerful with its good defense capabilites, the center gives you resources but no protection, thats the trade your gonna have to make to have a chance to win.

I liked the idea of having metal features near the edge there... why don't you just steal aGorm's

in retrospect... a better method would be to leave around acctual wreckage, maybe of level 1 kbot labs so they arn't acctually worth resurecting...

though it would open up a tech tree... never mind, bad idea... use solar collectors
