has any one actually played it? i am considering downloading and trying it, but if it sucks i won't bother

The shooter?
It's okay, like a crappy version of Battlefield 2, It's fairly decent, a notch above stuff like sauerbraten and tremulous, but it's got its problems, namely glitchy punkbuster and the monetary requirement fort unlocking weapons.

It's ok. I betatested it a reasonable amount. CS is better.
