Problems with Spring Wiki

the color scheme of this page:

should be revised. i have no idea where i could change it, if i have the rights to do so.
i have seen the same colors beeing used in other places aswell (also tables).

i tried to upload images to our wiki page (diagrams for describing the interface), but i got the error message:
no write access to directory public
and i do not know if i am not meant to upload pictures, or if it is a problem with the configuration of the site.

if i am not meant to upload pictures there.. what image hosting sites are you using, that would fit well for integraton into wiki?

Yeah the color scheme is horrible you can't read table text and the background color versus the text color is a bad choose.
And I thought back in school that the class about colors is useless...
