Cons having problems guarding

Hello,

I just installed the new spring and tried to see how the AI was. I hosted a LAN game using bots.

I had about 3 adv con vehicles and I told 2 to guard one of them. As I told the main adv. con veh. to build a radar tower about a screen away, I notice that the other 2 were traveling painfully slow, slower than a sumo. I am not sure why this is so because it never happened before. I have repeated this many times. I then told those 2 cons to move to the spot and then guard the con vehicle, and that seemed to work. They traveled at normal speed then slowed again after the move command ended and the guard order was queued.

Also, I have noticed that telling my adv cons, necros, etc to guard a plant, only one of them is actually helping to build, the others have their nanolathes out, but not helping to build. Even reissuing the guard order did not help.

your first problem is one i've always had, but never had any notification on.

Your second problem is probably due to lack of Energy/Metal

I just started getting that with 65b1. Also having problems with pyros crashing spring when firing at enemy units.

const units that are "repeat reparing" a zone should try to heal planes...

yeps... guarding units move very slow, below its normal speed.
