Archive Mover stopping downloads?

Ok so whenever i try to download a mod or map, when it finishes it wants to do something to it with the Archive Mover (it came in the spring folder) and it gets "Denied Permission" and the folder dissapears

I am on Vista Service Pack 1

Are you running old TASClient or SpringLobby? If you're running old TASClient, the file may exist but just be in a location that TASClient can't find it.

Check the VirtualStore (users->(username)->application data->local->VirtualStore->Program Files->Spring), the file may be popping up there. Vista did some really wonky changes to the permission model.

Or it's not wonky at all and the web browser that started archive mover isn't authorized to write to program files.
