probleme at installation with unitsync file path

hello
i have a probleme with the installation of ta spring

it tells me that it failed to load shared library *Program Files\Springs\unitsync.dll (error -1073741795: unkown error c000001d)

then when i choose the unitsync.dll file path and press use this path, it tells me the same error

what is going wrong

i have been playing ta sprin with no error for years

help me please, thank you very much

what processor do you have?

an old amd athlon tbird 1,4 ghz, i have been playing fine with this, did they change TA spring so that you must have minimum a processor with SSE instructions?

there is no TA Spring anymore

and yeah Spring needs now minimum a CPU with SSE.
