blue screen=maybe overheating?

try googling for the STOP code when you bluescreen, also the driver name (something.vxd or dll) if there's one.

Posting your full system specs would be highly helpful as well. It is most likely a video or sound driver issue, though it could be a hardware problem such as overheating or bad ram as well.
Remember the good ol' days when knocking a unit off the map consistently caused bluescreens? Good times.
