SpringDownloader complains about strang mod

If I start SpringDownloader and choose to register everything "new" I get this error message:

The file mentioned isn't there, but the mod is displayed in the "mods to register" list. I wonder where this entry comes from, if I don't actually have this mod installed. Any idea?
