Well, um... release the mesh into Public Domain, I'll release the skin PD as well. Then everybody can use it, if they feel like it.

wait, do you mean to release it for download, or say that it is public domain and that anyone can use it?

lol I knew what it meant, I didn't know if argh meant to physically release the model or release the rights to the model. :-)

anyways, yes, I will let anyone use this model, but I ask that the user doesn't credit him or herself with creating it. Ofc now that it's public domain they could do that if they wanted to, but still :P

Yay for my first real model!

also, a little teaser as to what I'm working on now (view image for full size):

they could do that if you have a (C) we have discussed all of this before. It is all in whether or not you can enforce a license. Otherwise you are spinning wheels.

Here are the files- skin, basic coloralpha, S3O.

Please don't complain about the lack of underside detail (or other flaws), I'm sure that will provide fun project for somebody else ;)

Balancation Goodness

Post by ScarySquirrel »

So now CORE gets a Laser Gunship too? Nice. Things are more balanced now. I think ARM should get a little flying bomb, too, in the same spirit.
Will CORE get a bomber like the ARM one?

If by 'More balanced' you mean 'less interesting.'

Balance != identical factions, if that were so we'd just strip one faction out and save on the art assets.
