Gundam Annhilation 1.1f5 crash

I downloaded the game and installed into the mod directory and played there was an error about bad unit id.

I suspect that there was an issue with the lobby and script.txt. I just checked tiny coms and it worked for me. If you were playing with others, did you all have the latest lobby, if you guys had not updated your lobby then you would be using different scripts.

- Do NOT run spring.exe!
- Run a lobby, such as TASClient or SpringLobby, even for single player!

For Smoth:
It is a very old error, that I remember signaling ages ago. Was not fixed probably because there was no Gundam release for ages. Basically, the LUA files inside your Gundam*.sdz assume the modoption values of are always set, and crash when they are null. As long as you use a lobby, the modoptions are set in the script, and all goes fine. But if a clueless n00b run Spring.exe (or possibly an outdated single player lobby), then the modoptions are not set, and the LUA code inside your Gundam*.sdz receive a nil instead of some 0 or 1, errors and crash ensue.
Solution1: Fix the LUA code inside your Gundam*.sdz so that whenever you read a modoption you first check it is not nil (and if it is nil, don't use it but make the branching behave like it was whatever your default is).
Solution2: When you are told about such a bug that could potentially drive all your newb away, do a bugfix release, do not let a broken Gundam linger in Spring Installer for ten month.

It is NOT fixed in the version I got from Spring77b5 installer yesterday, which I checked is still Name=Gundam 1.11f4; Version=1.11f4;

nope, commanders script is default script that gets called, INCLUDING when you use script.txt to launch spring unless you specifically point which luastartscript spring should use use as opposed to commanders; since no lobby in my knowledge uses such feature ATM it doesn't exclude a lobby was used

Zwz, the gundam site says pretty clearly at the top of the page that the current release is 1.11f5. it has been so for some time now. I also have no control over the installer :\. I do what I can but I cannot control the installer :P.
