TAS Client/Spring.exe Wont Start

Hi, when i try and start TAS Client or Spring.exe i get this message shown above (i think...). It says it cant find "gamedata/pars_tdf." and then.. "error initializing "unit sync.dll" and then an Access Violation Error. I have tried Reinstalling over the top of the original folder (which worked a while ago with the same problem) but it wont wor this time. Any ideas? Thanks in Advance.
