could it be possible to share stuff with the client, i mean sharing special luas/configs/replays just to a certain player via p2p

If you want to share luas to a specific person, just use pastebin. On a semi-related note, it's possible to make a widget-sharing widget, but I don't know if anyone would want it.

maybe its needless, but today i wanted to share a replay and i thought why couldnt i send the replay within the lobby instead of share it to an one-click-hoster

Well, you do have a few silly options.
1. embed it into an image and host that
2. embed it into a mod and torrent system that
3. use a widget to share it
4. Use a simple python script to send the file to them at 1.9KBps over the lobby.

i dont wanted to be offensive, i know i coudl send it per skype/one-click-hoster/... but i just thought i would be comfortable with the lobby

You could also host the replay and then watch it together.
