Can´t load Singleplayer in TASCLIENT

Hi!

When i Start Singleplayer in the tasclient my pc is Loading some data and then he breaks with the following message:

cannot find file ///E:\documents%20and%20Settings/administrator/Local%20Settings/temp/tasclientgui/main.html Make sure the path or internet Adress exist

althought this file exist
has somebody any idea what this error could mean?
I have the newest version of tasclient and taspring.

any antivirus running that could block tasclient from opening this file ?

using vista or xp ?

i have already disabled antivir but it takes no effect

my System is a Windows XP X64

have no idea why sorry, if the file exists and it can't open it ... i suspect the antivirus even if disabled, we all know you can never disable an antivirus you can just uninstall it
