Can't play at all

Hey everybody,
I just downloaded spring in order to play final frontier. I got the files needed and some basic OTA content but when I try to host a game or run "Spring test" it gives me this message:

could not open file: gamedata/sidedata.lua

Am I missing something? Please help.

Try running another mod, like BA 6.5 http://spring-portal.com/index.php/docm ... lation-v65
Perhaps FF isnt running with the current release.

Same problem. Tried using XTA BA and KP, no gamedata/sidedata.lua

I am trying to run BA 6.5 on a ubuntu machine and I get the same error when I try to start a game.
if anyone knows how to solve this it would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having the same issue.

That error sounds like you're missing springcontent, a part of the core engine install.
