TA Spring and Garena

I was wondering if it is possible to register Spring to Garena (http://www.garena.com/) this will probably increase the number of players.

I can't find any information regarding applications to be a supported title, or registering with their system. I think they just kind of arbitrarily decide what they support based on what their consumer base is interested in.

Yes it is something like a VPN but it is a lot faster than Hamachi. I tried to play a W3 game on hamachi with 3 of my friends from Europe (i am in Canada) and it was very laggy but with Garena everything was fine.
